In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can get it replaced/returned. Easy Replacement guarantee is applicable within 14 Days of receipt of product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.
You are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem piece rather than the entire package.).
Before you return your merchandise please follow the steps below:
-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

Items that refundable:
We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.

WHEN REFUND HIT MY ACCOUNT
The standard refund procedure takes 7~14days dependent on your issuing bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
